This proposal to renovate and reuse existing office space into senior apartments endeavoured to do ‘as little as possible’ to create ‘maximum change’ in a cost efficient and environmentally sustainable manner. The proposal aims to harness the varying characteristics of the different existing structures and with slight modifications create a new life, a Third Life for the Europol building.
